Professional Career
My latest step in the professional world is as a mortgage underwriter. Combining my communication skills and attention to detail, I’m confident I will be an invaluable member of the team.
My second from last job was a store manager for a popular thrift store chain. I made a failing store profitable in spite of the COVID-19 crisis. I was responsible for all operations of the store – from training to taking donations. There is nothing I didn’t do.
Three years before that, I worked as a test driver and evaluator. I drove mostly pre-production vehicles around all day for a major automaker. My job was to find any issue, big or small, which may impact the experience or satisfaction of the end-user.
About a year and a half before I stopped doing that, I started my job as a chat support agent for a major automaker in Detroit. My responsibilities included being a product expert, answering complex questions on the fly, and providing customer service for hundreds of dealerships around the country.
